Networking for Society Development Organization
Networking for Society Development Organization (NESODO) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Mwanza, Tanzania, operating as a non-profit organization across Tanzania Mainland. NESODO works with communities, local authorities, and development partners to address environmental, public health, and livelihood challenges through community-led, evidence-based, and sustainable solutions. Our work emphasizes environmental protection, chemical risk reduction, sustainable agriculture, community awareness, and policy engagement, with a strong focus on vulnerable populations. We are committed to empowering communities to take ownership of development processes while strengthening local systems that protect health, environment, and livelihoods.
Our Core Objectives
- Empowering communities to own and manage environmental resources sustainably using indigenous knowledge & technology.
- Promoting and advocating for the full realization of rights and well-being of all peers in Tanzania.
